As a Principal Agile Leader, you will help teams build value and velocity though implementation of Agile practices.  You will develop best practices and mentor other leaders in the use and sustainment of agile tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and others.  You will need to be both creative and innovative in finding solutions for various teams within the organization while adhering to industry best practices. You will facilitate user adoption and ensure that users have the necessary knowledge to utilize the tools effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 Years of Experience
• The ability to work on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH
• A U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a National Security Clearance (SECRET, TOP SECRET, SCI)
