Chief Modeling & Simulation Engineer
On-Site – Fulltime Position
To effectively leverage Modeling & Simulation (M&S) for current and future programs, the tools used must be able to scale in both scope and fidelity. Hellebore is passionate about weapons systems modeling, environmental scale, and building simulations that are useful. We are looking for a Chief Engineer to protect these values while managing a team of highly talented engineers.
You’ve spent years becoming an expert and weapons systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Now help lead the development of custom architectures, algorithms, and displays for cutting-edge military engineering-level and mission-level simulations and studies.
Being great a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) takes more than knowledge of a tool or a programming language. It takes a comprehensive understanding of military weapons systems, tactics, statistics, and engineering to pull it all together.
As a Chief Engineer, you will provide insight and data to drive design decisions, technology selection, and process definition. Your expertise in agile software development, collaboration, and modern DevOps best practices will shape the future of US Air Force capabilities. You will be a part of an elite team of high achievers who challenge each other to bring their best to every task. You will experience professional growth at an accelerated rate as you tackle some of the industry’s toughest problems and deliver solutions using modern technologies and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 20 Years of Experience
- The ability to work on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH
- Robust Modeling & Simulation Background
- A U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a National Security Clearance (SECRET, TOP SECRET, SCI)
