The Atlassian Systems Engineer at Hellebore is responsible for owning and delivering agile solutions using Atlassian Jira and Confluence in a private cloud environment. You will be responsible for the deployment of Atlassian tools, but also for leading organizations through the best-practices for their use. 

We will consider candidates at the Senior, Principal, and Chief levels depending on specific experience, skills, and ability.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Act as the senior liaison engaging with other senior leaders responsible for digital transformation, DevOps, and program management
• Provide guidance and leadership to train individuals and groups on the best-practices for Jira and Confluence.
• Own and deliver complex solutions using the Jira application in a private cloud environment
• Lead day-to-day projects, workflows, support requests, and partner closely with other internal teams to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate and form relationships with teams and lead implementations of Jira workflows to deliver and optimize business processes while translating business requirements into creative and effective technical designs

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 Years of Experience
• Excellent customer service skills and passion for developing positive relationships with internal users and leadership
• Experience administrating Jira and Confluence Data Center infrastructure
• Experience with Agile practices and workflows
• A passion for educating individuals and teams
• The ability to work on-site in Fairborn, OH
• A U.S. Citizen with an active National Security Clearance (i.e., SECRET, TOP SECRET, SCI, SAP)
